Fireball Coffee
Tasting Notes
Fireball bourbon but without the regret the next morning
As always, flavor is subjective. We just hope you enjoy.
Producer Info
Jairo Arcila and the Arcila family have been producing exceptional coffees in Colombia for over 80 years. As of recent, they have been focusing on alternative fermentation processings like the one we are roasting currently. Jairo, understandably, prides himself on these experiments and has produced some of our favorite coffees this year.
We take that stellar coffee from Jairo and partner with the incredible crew at Old Dominick. We received empty used barrels from them and soak the coffee in it for 2-3 weeks. The coffee takes on a fun profile resulting in what we think tastes like Fireball!
