Producer Info
Our team has loved Indonesian coffees all the way back to when we tried a killer offering from our friends at Friedhats. We've been on the search for over 2 years to find the one. And this is it!
Bali is such a unique growing region as modern-day cultivation came to the area in the late 70's and 80's. Today, the region is overseen by an organization/ cooperative called the Subak Abians. The 13 Subak Abians oversee the agricultural technology and religious actives that surround coffee in the region.
This specific coffee is grown on a volcanic plateau at around 1300-1700 MASL. These coffee trees are surrounded by a mix of Erythrina, Albizia, tangerine and orange trees.
